Solutions

The Airfreight application system for managing Air Freight Forwarding operations is a specialized logistics software designed to automate and streamline the end-to-end air cargo process for a freight forwarder. It covers functions like rate management, quotation generation, booking with airlines, and shipment planning including consolidation into Master Air Waybills (MAWBs). The system manages House and Master AWBs, handles customs documentation and compliance (including e-AWB and EDI integration), and provides real-time tracking through airline API connections. It also supports financial tasks such as cost allocation, invoicing, and profit analysis, along with reporting dashboards for performance monitoring. Additionally, it offers client access via a portal and supports communication alerts and document management, ensuring faster, more compliant, and efficient air freight operations.
Air-Freight
The Sea Freight Forwarding application system is a comprehensive logistics platform designed to manage the full lifecycle of ocean freight operations for a freight forwarder. It facilitates rate and contract management with carriers, quotation generation, and booking of Full Container Load (FCL) or Less-than-Container Load (LCL) shipments. The system handles shipment planning, container allocation, Bill of Lading (House and Master B/L) creation, and supports digital document exchange via EDI with carriers and port authorities. It ensures regulatory compliance by integrating with customs systems and automating documentation like commercial invoices and packing lists. Real-time tracking of vessel schedules and shipment milestones, along with automated alerts, enhances visibility and customer communication. Financial features include freight cost control, invoicing, and profitability analysis, all accessible through role-based dashboards and customer portals for smooth and transparent operations.
Sea-Freight
The 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) Warehouse Management System (WMS) for a freight forwarder is a specialized application designed to efficiently handle inbound, storage, and outbound logistics on behalf of multiple clients. It manages inventory across various customers, warehouses, and zones, supporting functions like receiving, put-away, stock control, order picking, packing, and shipping. The system allows barcode/RFID scanning for real-time inventory tracking, supports multiple storage strategies (FIFO, LIFO, batch), and enables seamless integration with transport management systems (TMS) and eCommerce platforms. It generates warehouse documents (inbound receipts, pick lists, packing slips), supports value-added services (labelling, kitting, repacking), and offers customer-specific billing based on activities like storage duration, handling, and labour. With dashboards, automated alerts, and customer portals, the system ensures high accuracy, transparency, and scalability in 3PL warehouse operations.
Warehouse
The Trucking & Haulage application system for a transporter is a logistics management platform that handles the end-to-end operations of road freight transportation. It manages trip planning, vehicle and driver assignments, load scheduling, route optimization, and delivery tracking. The system allows for order creation from clients, allocation of suitable trucks based on cargo type and availability, and real-time fleet tracking using GPS. It supports digital documentation like delivery notes and proof of delivery (POD), while also handling fuel consumption, maintenance scheduling, driver logs, and regulatory compliance. Integrated billing and costing features enable accurate charge calculations based on distance, weight, or trip type, with automated invoicing and expense tracking. Dashboards and alerts provide visibility into fleet utilization, delivery performance, and operational KPIs, making the system essential for efficient, compliant, and profitable haulage operations.
Trucking-&-Haulage
The Customs Brokerage and Trade-Net application system for a forwarder is a specialized digital platform that streamlines and automates the process of customs clearance and regulatory compliance. It manages the preparation and submission of customs declarations (import, export, transshipment) by integrating directly with Trade-Net or similar government clearance systems via EDI. The system supports HS code validation, duty/tax calculations, permit management, and document generation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, permits). It also enables pre-clearance checks, ensures compliance with customs regulations, and flags restricted or controlled goods. Users can track declaration statuses in real-time, manage interactions with customs authorities, and store a full audit trail for compliance. Additionally, it handles billing for clearance services, automates disbursement tracking (e.g., duties, GST, handling fees), and integrates with freight and warehouse systems for seamless cargo flow visibility. This ensures accurate, fast, and compliant customs processing for freight forwarders.
Customs-Brokerage
The integrated accounting application system for a freight forwarder is a finance management platform designed to work seamlessly with logistics operations such as air, sea, warehousing, trucking, haulage and customs. It automates financial workflows including invoicing, receivables, payables, general ledger, and multi-currency support. The system pulls operational data directly from freight jobs (e.g., shipments, handling, trucking) to generate customer invoices and supplier bills automatically, reducing errors and ensuring accurate cost-revenue matching. It supports job costing, profit/loss analysis per shipment, tax compliance (e.g., VAT/GST), and aging reports for credit control. With real-time dashboards, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting, the system offers full visibility into cash flow, margins, and outstanding balances. Integration with operational modules ensures end-to-end financial transparency, compliance, and efficiency across the forwarder’s business.
Finance
The e-invoicing application system for a freight forwarder is a specialized digital invoicing platform that automates the creation, validation, and transmission of electronic invoices through government-approved networks like PEPPOL, InvoiceNow (Singapore), or MYInvois (Malaysia). This system integrates with the forwarder’s operational and accounting modules to extract shipment and job costing data, generate tax-compliant invoices, and convert them into structured formats (e.g., XML or UBL) required by national e-invoicing frameworks. It ensures secure delivery of invoices directly to customers’ accounting systems via certified Access Points (APs), tracks invoice status (sent, received, acknowledged), and provides automated reminders for payment. The system also ensures compliance with local tax authority mandates, supports digital signatures, maintains audit trails, and handles multi-currency and multi-tax scenarios across different countries. By automating invoicing and ensuring real-time data exchange with trading partners and governments, it enhances accuracy, reduces manual work, and speeds up payment cycles.

The Airline Cargo Operations Management System (ACOMS) is an integrated software solution that optimizes cargo handling for airlines by automating booking, documentation, tracking, and warehouse operations. It includes modules for e-AWB generation, ULD tracking, dynamic pricing, and compliance with IATA and customs regulations. By leveraging cloud computing, AI, and IoT, ACOMS enhances efficiency, maximizes cargo revenue, and improves real-time visibility for customers and operators. The system ensures seamless coordination between flight operations, ground handling, and revenue management while maintaining strict safety and regulatory standards.

The payment application system manages payment for invoices between suppliers and buyers with preapproved amounts is a secure, automated payment processing platform designed to streamline B2B transactions. It integrates with the invoicing and accounting systems of both parties and supports preconfigured supplier–buyer pairs with predefined credit limits, invoice types, and thresholds for auto-approval. When a supplier submits an invoice, the system checks if the buyer–supplier relationship is preapproved and verifies that the invoice amount, currency, and terms match the agreed criteria. If so, the invoice is automatically approved and scheduled for payment without manual intervention. The system supports integration with bank APIs or payment gateways to process transfers, and it logs all transactions for audit and reconciliation. Additional features include automated notifications, payment status tracking, exception handling for discrepancies, and reporting dashboards for visibility and compliance.
The Innosys Locker Platform (ILP) is a cloud-based system by Innosys Pte Ltd that enables logistics service providers (LSPs) to book and manage parcel deliveries using a nationwide network of lockers called the Pick Network.
ILP interacts with the IMDA Interops Platform, which acts as a messenger to relay booking and status information between ILP and the locker stations. While ILP handles booking and management, Interops validates parcel data and sends notifications, but does not make complex decisions.
The platform helps LSPs streamline last-mile delivery by providing a smart alternative to home delivery.
